Requirements for Eligibility
- Parents or legal guardians must be residents of the City of Passaic and must be accompanied by the child at the time of registration.
- Pre-kindergarten children must be three or four years of age on or before October 31st to enter during this school year, however you may register now for the following school year.
Please Bring the Following when you Register:
- Child’s birth certificate
- Mandatory Proof of Residency in parent’s name
- PSE&G bill
- Home phone bill
- Internet bill
- Cable bill
If not under your name, must pick up a parent and landlord affidavit, complete it and have it notarized. Must also provide the last 2 PSE&G, cable, internet or home phone bills. In addition, 3 other proofs from the number 3 below, in parent’s name will be required.
3. Two of the following proofs of Passaic Residency in parent’s name:
- Lease
- Bank account statement
- Driver’s license or Consulate ID
- Credit card bill
- Hospital or Clinic bill
- Cell phone bill
- Employee pay stub
- Letter from Board of Social Services
- Medical insurance letter
- College transcripts or student loan papers
(All bills must be only two months old and have current address)
4. Immunization records
- DtaP: 4 doses
- Polio: 3 doses
- Varicella: 1 dose given on or after 1 year of age
- HiB: Minimum of 1 dose of HiB vaccine is needed after the first birthday
- Hepatitis B: 3 doses
- Pneumococcal: Minimum of 1 dose given after the first birthday
- Employee pay stub
- Influenza: 1 dose to be given beween September 1 and December 31 of each year
After the registration process has been completed, all children will be placed on our waiting list. Children will be placed according to their date of birth (oldest children being called first). School placement will depend upon available space.

Requisitos para Elegibilidad:
- Parientes o tutor legal tienen que ser residentes de la Ciudad de Passaic y el niño o niña debe acompañar al pariente al momento de inscribir.
- Niños de Pre-kindergarten tienen que tener 3 o 4 años de edad antes del 31 de Octubre para comenzar escuela este año. Pueden inscribir niños cumpliendo 3 después de esta fecha para el siguiente año escolar.
Por Favor traiga lo siguiente para inscribir:
- Certificado de Nacimiento
- Una de las siguientes pruebas de Residencia al nombre del pariente:
- Factura de PSE&G
- Factura de Cable de 3-en-1
- Factura de Teléfono de la casa
- Factura de Internet
Si no está bajo su nombre, recoga las afidávits en la oficina de inscripción (para el pariente y el dueño), completelas y notarizelas. Incluya las 2 ultimas facturas de PSE&G, cable, internet, o teléfono conectado en la casa. Además, necesitarás 3 pruebas de el número 3 al nombre del pariente.
3. Dos pruebas de residencia de los siguientes al nombre del pariente:
- Contrato de alquiler
- Cuenta de banco
- Licencia de Conducir o Matrícula de Consulado
- Factura de hospital o clínica
- Teléfono celular
- Carta de Oficina Seguro Social
- Carta de seguro médico
- Transcripciones o préstamos de colegio
(Todos los biles tienen que tener la fecha de los ultimos 2 meces)
4. Vacunas Completas
- DtaP: 4 doses
