As of October 15, 2024 Passaic Public Schools Demographics are as follows: Hispanic/Latino 10,885 (93.86%); African American 375 (3.23%); Asian 193 (1.66%); Pacific Islander 4 (0.03%); White 108 (0.93%); American Indian 16 (0.14%) There were also a total of 5,664 (48.84%) female students and 5,933 (51.16%) male students.

There were also 1,847 special education students that represent 16.36% of the student population and 4,258 English Language Learners (ELLs) that represent 37.71% of the current student population.
