Welcome to the Passaic Public School’s Online Registration Page. Here you can find information on how to update information for Returning Students.

Update Student Info

To update your student’s information, please log in to your PowerSchool Parent Portal Account.
Login to Parent Portal
  1. After you log in click on “Returning student registration” then click on “Online emergency card and forms“
  2. Lastly, fill in the form for each of your students and click Submit

 

(Please Note: If you are changing your address, you will need to provide three (3) proofs of address)

How do I access the Parent Portal?

  1. Open an internet browser on your computer.
  2. Go to https://passaic.powerschool.com
  3. Enter your username and password in the appropriate fields.
  4. Click the Sign In button.

How do I fill in the forms?

  1. Open an internet browser on your computer.
  2. Go to https://passaic.powerschool.com
  3. Enter your username and password in the appropriate fields.
  4. Click on the Sign In button
  5. Select the Forms button on the left navigation menu. 
  6. Here you can find forms available for your child. You may access and edit any of these forms by clicking on them. For example: Emergency Contact Information Update
  7. After clicking the form you may edit your information by clicking on the appropriate fields
  8. Click on the Submit button when you are done to save your changes and submit the form. 

Can I add multiple students to my account?

Yes, you may add multiple students to an account following these steps:

  1. Open an internet browser on your computer.
  2. Go to https://passaic.powerschool.com
  3. Enter your username and password in the appropriate fields.
  4. Click the Sign In button
  5. Click on the Account Preferences button on the left navigation menu.
  6. Click on the Students tab.
  7. Click the Add button.
  8. Type in your student’s data (Access ID and Access Password can be found on the PowerSchool Parent Portal letter from your school).
  9. Click OK.

I can't log in, what do I do?

If you have forgotten your parent portal username or password, you can use the username/password self-recovery option built into the parent portal. Please follow the instructions below to reset your account.

  1. Open an internet browser on your computer.
  2. Go to https://passaic.powerschool.com
  3. Click on “Forgot Username or Password?” underneath the password field.
  4. Follow the on-screen instructions.
