For the first time ever the PHS NJROTC entered four teams made up of five cadets each for the Cyber Patriot VIII season. The “GOLD” tier team finished as the top team in New Jersey and the top JROTC team in the country. The group also had three teams in the higher “Platinum” tier which is the road to the national competition. This too is a first for the PHS Cyber Patriot team. All three teams finished inside the top 80 teams where more than 300 were entered.

Cyber Patriot is a cyber security competition and is a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) based competition sponsored by the Air Force Association.
