We have heard good things about Marble Health and wanted to share upcoming workshops./Hemos oído cosas buenas sobre Marble Health y queríamos compartir los próximos talleres.
During Back-to-School Night 2026, parents in Ms. DeJesus’ Pre-K class participated in an engaging classroom environment walk. Families explored the different learning areas while gaining a better understanding of their child’s daily routines, activities, and classroom experiences. It was a wonderful opportunity for parents to see firsthand how their children learn, play, and grow each day!
On Tuesday, September 15th, Vincent Capuana School 15 hosted our Back-to-School Night 2026! It was a wonderful evening filled with connection, excitement, and opportunities for our families to meet teachers and staff, visit classrooms, and learn more about the year ahead. Thank you to all of our families and staff who joined us and helped make the evening such a special celebration of our Vincent school community!

The Science Academy celebrates Hispanic Heritage Month!
This week we are highlighting Latinas in STEM in our morning announcements. One STEM star is Dr. Antonia Coello Novello made history as the first Latina (and the first woman) to serve as the U.S. Surgeon General.
She’s a Puerto Rican physician who has spent her career advocating for public health, particularly in the areas of pediatric care and AIDS prevention. Dr. Novello’s leadership was instrumental in raising awareness about health disparities in the U.S., and she continues to be an inspiration for Latinas in medicine and public health.
